WANTED: Brains and Creativity
Exhibition WANTED: Brains and Creativity was part of Brabant Biennale 2012.
This event provides a platform where different parties come together to discuss spatial problems of our time and to identify new possible solutions. Participants present and discuss new concepts for better urban spaces. The exhibition in Catharina Church Eindhoven featured works of young architects and urban designers. We look for fresh and innovative ideas of how to improve our cities and districts, make them more social and human oriented. We take a step back and asked ourselves what to do with our industrial heritage – empty buildings, industrial canal zones, station areas. We also dream and imagine how our urban spaces can look like in the future.
In the main nave of the church visitors can enter the industrial world of Den Marino. His photo exhibition IndustReality shows landscapes of Russian industrial plants.
Exhibition is open for public in Catharina Church Eindhoven from the 17th until the 28th of October 2012.
